David was born in San Francisco.
He graduated from the London College of Printing/Design, receiving his B.A. before being accepted for a three year graduate program at the Royal College of Art and awarded a Master of Art Degree.
David has worked for global advertising agencies in Europe and U.S.A. where he won almost all the leading art awards.
David lives in Seattle, Washington.
